This page is under construction. We will be updating it as we get more installation instructions drafted.
Big Bore installation tips- We will not comment on the installation of our Honda Big Bore kits into 'clone' engines. Despite what your supplier may have told you, there are no EXACT replicas of Honda engines. Subtle differences exist. Some are minor while others are not and will make our 88cc kits incompatible. (We do not know of any Chinese clone 50-70cc engine that has Camshaft bearings and our Stage 2 cam will not work.) Stage 3 kits replace the entire head with an updated race head and this makes it compatible with many more chinese clones. If you plan on installing one of our Honda 88cc big bore kits into your 'clone' engine, you are doing so at your own risk. Many customers have done so, but due to the many different factories producing this style of engine, we cannot comment on compatibility.
Inner Rotor Kit instructions- You are replacing your entire wiring harness. All you need is in the kit other than your kill switch. Look here to avoid confusion.
External Rotor Kit- This kit has the latest generation of CDI box. It will not work with your old harness or CDI box. Everything you need is in the kit and must be used together. The ignition timing is adjustable with this stator and we suggest small adjustments if you plan on increasing the timing. With advanced timing use premium gas and listen for any detonation or 'knocking' and retard timing as necessary to avoid engine damage.
Madass Engine Install- We have designed our Sachs Madass engine kits to be as easy to install as possible. No case boring or maching is necessary for the top engine mount (as with all other engines of this style). Other than our 125cc Electric start Madass engine, all madass engines ship with a madass compatible 3 phase stator with proper plug. Because the 125 uses the same sytle of stator as the original 50cc sachs engine, we instruct you to swap the stator from your original engine into the 125 after installation.
We thank ScootNfast for help with the early stages of our Madass project. This is a great resource for Madass tips:

Carburator jetting: If you purchase a carb for your pitbike and follow our recommended application, the carb will be pre jetted and work with little or no changes. Due to the nature of the beast, slight idle adjusments will most likely be necessary and maybe an air screw adjustment.
We cannot jet a bike for you by phone, email, or sound clips. You are utimately responsible for any final jetting required for altitude, climate, or engine setup.
